That depends on what you mean by `filesharing`. If it’s just a bittorrent tracker, a share/winny hash database, a listing of ed2k links or usenet bins, then you can use Santrex. They allow warez links. You’re not gonna find a host that outright says that they will let you *host* warez though.

If you’re looking to host warez, you will, in fact, want a dedicated server somewhere, preferably offshore or in China or Malaysia. You could look into hosts that use Unicom backbone. Not warez friendly, but is one of the most popular seedbox providers, so they clearly don’t enforce their TOS very carefully. From their TOS:
