   You can use any server you want, regardless of where you live.
   But take my advice and DO NOT use a Canadian server, use a US server or European server.
   I’m Canadian, and the RCMP keeps track of everything that goes on the internet in Canada. Even what I’m typing here right now.
   And anything they find innappropriate, they investigate, and you have the potential to get in a lot of trouble.
   People have gone to jail just for the use of one or two offensive words in various message boards.
   Believe it or not, the USA has more free speech laws than in Canada.

   Most european servers are relaxed regarding these laws, especially Germany, Sweeden and Holland (and except UK, of course!)

   Hi, I’m having trouble with my current US hosting company and I would like your advice in moving somewhere else.

   My site is a blog about music and contains links to rapidshare and megaupload, so this is the reason I believe my hosting is complaining about.

   I never imagene that posting links could be illegal, but these days it’s a nightmare.

   If someone could give me an opinion, that would be cool.
