I need to serve some movies (FLV) for a client and my server isn’t cutting it. Everything is playing choppy as all get out on his (old) machine. As such I have to accommodate said machine. Attempts at compression have helped, but I can’t cut any more. Which brings us to my question.
Dedicated/Media servers aren’t really necessary for this task. Too much bang for too many bucks. So are there companies/services which would allow me to upload one or two short videos (1-2 minutes tops) every month, allow me unfettered access to the FLV url, serve things quickly, and allow for payment per upload/download/whatever?
Thanks.
