i already know about getting the tables and power and food and stuff but what do i do about networking for my party? i will have up to 15 people but maybe less. i can’t spend very much at all. i have bellsouth dsl and the biggest router i have is a 5 port.i pretty much know nothing about networking and stuff. so PLEASE give step by step what do i need to buy and how do i set it up so that it will be easy when everyone comes. and like what does it mean to run a dedicated server? can i use my gaming computer for that and what does it do? and does everyone have to own the games or do they use a disc from me? and how does everyone get where we are all playing together. i need alot of help with the setup! please give any tips you have!!!!

i know this is gonna sound very rude but dude if you know nothing about networking , how create work groups , share drives and folders , set static ip’s to prevent conflicts , then this idea of having a land party is clearly over your head , and not a good idea ..
