How Do I Change My Dns Server From Centos?

I have a system with CENTOS and I need to change the primary and secondary dns server addresses (the centos machine is NOT a dns server — think of it like a workstation). How can I change the dns server address? I didn’t see it under /etc/sysconfig/networking
