Tried getting my emails from my domain for the past 3 days but this message appears when I type in my site address to view my website;
“This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.”
Who do I contact in regards to getting my domain back the company who owns the domain name or my the company that does my hosting?

That message is typically generated by the hosting provider. I’d check with the website hosting provider first before contacting your domain provider, and that’s if they’re separate.
Two common reasons that message occurs is either due to a billing issue, or your website is using “too much” of your allotted resources by your host. Your host can give more specifics.
