Does paying for a web hosting for a planned website include domain registration? In other words, do we have to pay for each especially in a cheap web hosting services?

The best thing to do is to keep your domain names and your web hosting completely seperate. What I do is use amsallorange for hosting and namecheap.com for domain name hosting. If you need to switch, then you aren’t stuck with whoever has your domain name, because namecheap.com allows you to use any hosting service with their domain name registration.

As long as I known, all the web hosting companies on http://www.webhosting-view.com provide a free domain for at least one year if you choose their web hosting. That is to say, they give a domain(.com, .org,….) as a present with you purchase it’s webhosting. The price of the web hosting is as low as $3.96 a month.
However, I don’t know which kind web hosting or domain you need. If you just need domain, you’d better to compare their prices.
DO NOT! buy web hosting from a host that offers a free domain with their services. There are thousands of internet users being blackmailed into staying with them by holding the domain name and not letting the user transfer it to another web host. Find an honest web host, pay for the domain name and make sure YOU own the domain name. Domain names are too precious to risk for a free domain offer.

Some hosting sites provide free domain registration, some don’t. I’ve been using BlueHost for a couple of years now and everything is running smoothly. You can try them if you want (http://www.bluehost.com/).
if they do that means the web host owns the domain name. If you want to own the name you should pay seperate fees.
